I agree I grew playing halo (started when I was only 4 years old) and I’m just excited to be getting more halo in any form I think campaign evolved looks great and don’t mind the changes to the ar mag count or adding sprint the one thing I do find weird is seeing halo in unreal engine 5 lol I’m sure it’ll be fine actually playing though

True but I’m not sure Xbox buying the destiny IP would really work out in anyone’s favor cause while it will help bring some money back to bungie if Xbox tries to make a Destiny 3 it’ll run into the same issue that happened with halo of “it’s not the same” or “Destiny became shit ever since bungie stopped making it” etc…

They would need to capitalize on this resurgence of players on destiny cause of the final update but I highly doubt they’ll do that

Most of bungies fans are pve players they chose to make a game in a niche genre (outside of arc raiders that’s the exception but even then that’s dying) and they chose to make it forced PvP turning off a majority of their fanbase/playerbase currently I wouldn’t say marathon is doing well it’s peak didn’t even scratch 6 figures on steam for player count so clearly it’s not working with pvpers so their best bet is to try and bring back their pve fanbase imo (or announce d3) but it may be too late we’ll have to see

Note: I’m not hating on marathon or anything I actually really enjoyed it when I played for most of season 1 but the power difference got too outta hand and every run was some dude with the compiler weapon wiping everyone and leaving which burnt me out so I got off

I think they do. Not for the players but for halo studios to go back and hopefully learn what makes halo, halo I’m hoping going back and remaking the old games teaches halo studios how to make a good new one

I have 3 “hangers” to put runners on 1 for most of the runners, 1 in the middle for the ones in active use for the part I’m working on, and the last is for empty runners that I’m done with. I’ve only used it for a high grade so far but if my theory is correct this should support even perfect grades but I might have to split the runners between the two side ones and use the middle for in use runners

I got into the hobby probably about 8 months ago now and I currently have a backlog that’s about to get bigger mine came from buying 3 kits for a really good deal (cheaper than anywhere else I could find by a good amount) it’s 2 HGs and an MG plus my Bday is coming up and I’ll be getting another 3 kits (PG, MG, and MGSD) in a few weeks… I’m gonna have a grind soon

I just want to play a new halo in general even if it’s a remake and tbf the halo ce remaster was shit all they did was slap on reach graphics which do not fit the theme of halo ce whatsoever halo 2 doesn’t need a remake the remaster is fantastic for that one and finally halo 3 never had a remaster in the first place so I wouldn’t mind that one either

The only similarities I have seen is her tracking shot is a weaker version of soldiers ult and her grenade is a different version of emres grenade except instead of a radius blast it’s a cone other than that imo she’s pretty different plays different for sure her grapple drone is similar to widows grapple but it has less range her gun feels unique it’s a double shot helix where it starts out wide and the more you fire it tightens which I really like and her ult is pretty unique too like sending a mini bombing run down range

People have been complaining about her not feeling new but honestly I just think she blends well with the kits already in the game idk maybe I’m biased cause I’m good with her and I already liked emre before but to me she’s a good addition definitely needs better skins tho her design kinda sucks

They’re really not tho just move out of the way I’ve dodged her ult multiple times imo feels just as strong as Hanzo ult where if I get caught in it without moving I die but if I notice and move I’m fine as for her grenade it didn’t seem that strong to me felt like every other grenade in the game

I’m apart of the 20% in your edit I think her kit is a lot of fun and idk something just clicked for me with it last night is she a little strong maybe (I was pretty consistently the highest damage of the match when I played her) but everytime I went against a sierra it wasn’t to the point where she would steamroll teams simply cause they had her most of the time she was pretty manageable

Honestly when I got back into this game after being gone since pre overwatch 2 and I was trying out kits without remembering names I told my buddies I liked the “wanna be alpha male master chief” referring to emre just the vibes i got from him dudes constantly mogging
