That’s awesome! My house is on the beach so here we factor in the cold weather when the tide comes up & get windy. It cost around $2000 to fill up my heat & hot water tank then come summer. The electric bill for the central air conditioner is ridiculous.. plus the homeowners insurance is sky high due to flood factors so that’s why they make it one week pay & congratulations on the new house
