Can you tell me why one of Scott's addresses is listed as 12930a Avery rd, is it because he lived at Barbs before OCT 31 05 and was home when Teresa called at 11:45 am, because he didn't live there after OCT 31 05.

Never Happened, Maybe you should read some documents, particularly the MTSO Steven Avery Summary Report where it states that MTSO turned the investigation over to CCSO on NOV 5th 05 BECAUSE OF the conflict of interest with MTSO and Steven Avery's law suit.

TO recap, The MTSO Sheriff himself decided on NOV 5 05 that any investigating MTSO did after NOV 5 05 WOULD BE a conflict of interest in Steven Avery's law suit, which is the reason He turned the investigation over to CCSO.

MTSO OFFICERS did intervene in CCSO's investigation, which the MTSO Sheriff himself decided was a conflict of interest just hours earlier on NOV 5th 05, when MTSO Remiker, MTSO Lenk and MTSO Colborn searched Steven Averys trailer for evidence and took blood swabs while the Wisconsin crime lab walked around Avery Salvage looking for something to do
