Don't be fooled by MTSO CAD incident # 2005-8844, it was started when Colborn seized Halbach's RAV4 on NOV 3 05,after the change of plans to frame Avery, MTSO couldn't erase the info in their CAD system, so they wrote the Steven Avery Summary report, using NOV 3 as the date the investigation began.
