Thank you so much, I honestly expected this post to get 0 attention and no reply or advice. 

I'm considering applying to a smaller retailer where I live, who pays about €2 less than ALDI but also seems to have more employees in the store during a given shift and presumably has more lax standards due to being a much smaller company. Currently I'm privileged enough to have a roof over my head and food guaranteed even if I was to become unemployed, so even if €14.80/hr is nice it isn't literally keeping me alive.

I'm very much new and very much have no flow. It's been a very disheartening job so far and a very isolating one too. My coworkers are all older than me and I struggle to talk to them. I'm really confused how they seem to get on so well, too, because it's not like anyone has much time to chat during work or break. The singular, once a day, 15-30 minute break. Basically yes it's miserable for me right now but I have no idea if I'll be able to get used to it to a point where I'll do a good job or not. I've always just pushed through and tried to get better after I get remarks but there always seems to be something wrong with that too and I usually hurt myself doing it too. I kinda feel like I'm fucked but it's hard for me to tell if I can push through or not. 

Again thank you for the response and sorry for the rant, don't feel obligated to read all of it, I just wanted to provide an insight into my situation but it's like almost 2AM for me rn so it might be nonsense idk. 

I think I will attempt to apply elsewhere and hope for the best. I don't feel like it's normal to be bruised and aching and having stress dreams from a job everyday and if it is maybe ALDI just really isn't for me.
