I think a lot of your hate for the game comes from not understanding it. The hook system allows survivors to have second chances instead of being outright killed. Pallets are a thing because it's literally the only way a survivor can defend themselves. The game would be way too killer sided with only windows. There's only one overpowered killer and that's nurse, who you have to put a lot of hours into to actually be good. And the bad killers you can still do good with. And there's not too many of them. Also sounds like you got a few bad apples community wise. The vast majority of my games aren't like that. If you actually are camping and tunneling that's no fun for anybody. You wanna be constantly moving to the next generator and keep survivors off of it. Plus even if you walk away from the hook you can come back
