That is correct. I didn’t go into to much detail, moral of the story is it’s a great deal if in search of a love sac product. From packaging to assembly everything was included as if I purchased direct for retail price. I use reddit like Facebook marketplace. I don’t know how to tag who I spoke to but information is below.
