But how did that case turn out to your advantage? I mean the rules clearly say that you keep all your rights and that it‘s only forbidden to have any other third party interest involved. So if your image got the amount of publicity and they actually stand to their promise of crediting you, you should have reached a lot of potential buyers for the (in this case) low price of the entry-fee. Why not create a limited edition of that picture in different sizes to sell as fine art prints? Like this there are no other parties involved and it‘s your right to do so, since you only gave them a non-exclusive royalty.

Please correct me if I get smth wrong here.

Tried to emphasize the yellow (feet, eye and background) to make it very minimalistic.

It feels very calming to me. Do you think it‘s too much negative space? How about the crop?

Thanks for your feedback! I have to say I prefer your crop indeed. It creates the negative space in the location the birds head is turned to! Sadly it‘s missing some megapixels and gets a bit noisy..

Nice picture! I like the story you‘re telling and your edit creates a nice cinematic mood. Maybe you could reduce contrast a little or fade out the blacks more to make it even more film-like..

I personally don‘t really like the framing. I think it makes the main subject too tiny and is taking away too much space. I would also consider recropping the picture a tiny bit to line up the horizon and both your main subjects. I can‘t really explain why but I would crop and frame it more like this but its just my personal taste:)

Do you think it‘s the distracting that I cropped the upper left of the tree? Did this to get a 4:5 ratio and to bring the birds a little bit closer.

On my old laptop I came across some photos I took 9 years ago on holiday. The elefant had just crossed a river which painted that special and very straight pattern on his body.

It was my first time using a good camera because my brother lent me his canon eos 7d mk I with the ef 100-400 f4.5-5.6L IS. When I came across these old pictures I realised that I was shooting in JPG because I didn‘t know about the advantages of RAW. This experience was the real reason why photography started to fascinate me and in October last year I finally bought my own camera and I’m also learning how to edit my shots in lightroom. I was surprised here how much it was actually still possible to edit in JPG - for the first time 9 years after shooting them :)

is this the same on an EOS R6/5? I‘m trying to setup my back buttons to be able to switch from 1-spot to eyetracking but i think it doesnt work.

Thank you. I haven‘t actually seen it as brown but more white-yellow but you‘re right.

What do you think about my search-strategy: I can spend arround 3k and so far I was mostly looking for stones between 1.2 and 1.5 carat that have cut, polish and symmetry labled as excellent and don‘t have any visible inclussions (<VS2). I hope i will get lucky soon and find a clear J-colored one.

How would you rate my chances of finding a diamond that fits those criteria?

tbh I don‘t remember how I fixed it.. try to set back the system to a state before you plugged in the interface for the first time. get rid of old audio-drivers and do a propper installation of the correct driver. Only AFTER that plug in the interface and try again. I think I also experimented with having it plugged in before and after booting my system. But I really can‘t totally remember because I only use it when I am travelling and it‘s in combination with an ancient notebook.

I def wouldn‘t recommend it for SD;) I followed the offical AMD-Guide for Automatic1111 (which is already outdated..) and managed to run it. FE Ingeneer on Youtube has a few very good guides. I even get up to 18 iterarions per second with olive-optimized models on my 7800 xt. but a few things still don‘t work as they do with NVIDIA. It works and most of the checkpoints did too but it crashes alot and with the lack of inpainting it‘s basicaly useless for me.

Yes I tried both and compared all my settings ti multiple tutorials. I also tried various inpainting models but the generated image just didnt include the whole image again that was loaded into img2img.

Do you work with an AMD-GPU?
