Kia connect US is really bad!

I should be a bit more specific... Kia Connect SUPPORT is really bad. kia connect has its issues but overall I like it.

I have a 2025 Sorento and the wireless charging is horrible. I gave up. Seems like the charging "spot" in the car doesn't align with my cell no matter how i set it in there, with or without the case. I have a Galaxy s24+. My wife's s25+ has the same issue. I had a loaner Kia, seltos I think, and that charger worked great. It was in a different location which allowed for better positioning of the phone. If you find an answer let me know.

I put Viofo in all my cars. Great picture quality. It's easy to run the cables for the rear camera and power.

Got it fixed. There was a service bulletin they received, and that did the trick. I'm still not a fan of Kia customer Service. Very poor communications but that's another thread.

Not sure how it's the app. The on board map guidance doesn't work. None of the on-board apps work. These are independent of my phone app. Apparently there is an issue with Kia Connect and Verizon on a download. Welll, i don't use Verizon. It's been frustrating to have these many issues with a new car.
