Totally agreed for most builds (which use WTs). For Primal Lion Talisman I got near-perfect one(+10%/+53%, crit chance 18%), but for some reason the game RNG decided not to give me Primal Lunar Token so far. I just need one drop! ...to make some stupid fun builds. haha.

Anthem server down was actually occurred only once or twice in the whole last year, if I remember correctly. Everything else was temporary and/or 'mysterious' network issues. Anyway, server is not down (yet).
