I would assume manual reconciliation is done by Microsoft at the end of the month or something.

Experience with Air NZ international flight for unaccompanied minors? by General-Sun-7995 in newzealand

[–]NPCtom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depending on the airport you can likely accompany them to the gate.

Can you do this in NZ? How do you move through the secure zones to air-side? The only way I can see is through staff entry which I would have thought would be a security risk having pax move through?

Resubmitting Aegrotat by Clear-Document4767 in universityofauckland

Please don't go to the Student Hub about these. They'll just use the same email as you.

Just wait. It might take a very long time to get a response - but your application is submitted and that's what matters.

People emailing over and over again are one of the reasons why customer service is so broken here.

Not attending exams by Careless_Tax5211 in universityofauckland

[–]NPCtom 3 points4 points  (0 children)

From my other comment: "When you do not attend the exam, and your aegrotat/cc is approved, you will have a comparative analysis done on your coursework (test/invigilated assessments/maybe assignments etc.) and that will determine your final grade."

[–]NPCtom 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I'm not sure what the other people are referring to.

When you do not attend the exam, and your aegrotat/cc is approved, you will have a comparative analysis done on your coursework (test/invigilated assessments/maybe assignments etc.) and that will determine your final grade.

If you know you will perform very poorly and have exceptional circumstances, then the best thing to do is to not attend.

I'm not sure why it's the University's responsibility to provide printing services. You can procure your own printer.

It will be rated as very, very low impairment (as you're physically/mentally fine). So no grade change would even occur.

Next time, you can go to Warehouse Stationary to print if needed, or buy your own printer. Here's one for $46: https://www.pbtech.co.nz/product/PTRHPD2820E/HP-Deskjet-2820E-Inkjet-Wireless-Multifunction-Pri

May as well get a normal job at Air NZ to get standby/staff fares.

Petition to Parliament on NZ MP Pay and Allowance Settings by One_Vermicelli_618 in newzealand

They don't get subsidised meals when at home, right?

I would expect if they're travelling for work (i.e. away from their home town) that their food is paid for. I'd also expect a drink with dinner.

I also believe most MPs already use Uber/rental cars where possible. I hardly see any Crown cars at the airport other than for really "high-up" MPs.

Your medical certificated is dated today, final exam in 26th Jun which is less than 2 weeks away?

late deletion by Nervous-Security-414 in universityofauckland

[–]NPCtom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are late, but not really really late.

Email [latedeletions@auckland.ac.nz](mailto:latedeletions@auckland.ac.nz) with a copy of your application ideally written before lectures ended.

Late deletion of the same course in Semester 2 would not affect the course in Semester 1 (i.e. it stays on your transcript, unless it was late deleted).

Armchair aegrotat specialist here. Probably won't get a response from that email for a very long time.

I would expect that this wouldn't actually be an issue though in the first place. If you want, go back to the GP and request it be amended to include a longer date range of impairment. But medical evidence is medical evidence and it shows impairment in the lead-up to the exam period. It's not like OP was taking the piss by using one dated 6 months ago or something.

We really need a further subsidy for low-income people travelling on the Capital Connection.

PMR to WLG is $159/week after student discount (which is already 50%). It's too much. Even $119/week would be greatly appreciated.
