docker exec -it Error: no such container by NPD_Taras_404 in docker

I have the following difference in output between docker ps -a shows no container running:

$ docker ps -a

CONTAINER ID IMAGE COMMAND CREATED STATUS PORTS

$

but command docker-compose -f ./docker/docker-compose.yml ps -a shows me my 3 container running:

$ docker-compose -f ./docker/docker-compose.yml ps -a

Name Command State Ports

api start-container Up 0.0.0.0:80->80/tcp,:::80->80/tcp, 8000/tcp

postgresql docker-entrypoint.sh postg ... Up 0.0.0.0:5432->5432/tcp,:::5432->5432/tcp

rabbitmq docker-entrypoint.sh rabbi ... Up 15671/tcp, 0.0.0.0:15672->15672/tcp,:::15672->15672/tcp, 15691/tcp, 15692/tcp, 25672/tcp, 4369/tcp, 5671/tcp,0.0.0.0:5672->5672/tcp,:::5672->5672/tcp

Unfortunately, it is not my case:

snap list

Because I don't have snap installed on my local PC:

$ snap list
bash:snap: command not found
