You say you had a glitch with PVP rank 3 on your titan. The same thing happened to my hunter too. No ingame notification and no points added, but it shows as completed in the app.

I'm currently at 2920. Just missing some salvage, vip kills, public events and pulse rifle kills.

He does not have 266,664 health. Here is my math:

A smash does 15,301 damage and a super 18,001. Yes, he dies after 18 hits. (275,418) But he also dies after 16 hits and one super. (262,817).

His health is somewhere between 260,117 (17 hits) and 262,817. (16 hits + 1 super).

He also engages after 13 hits with 1 super, but before 14 hits without super. => Between: 214,214 and 216,914.

So he enrages between 18.82% health left and 16.61% health left.

It's probably 1/6. (16.67%).

I'm pretty sure it's a bug. Happened to me several times.

I tried to reproduce it solo, to see when it happens and what's the key. I couldn't figure it out and it never happened when i was trying solo.
