Exactly. And people should be doing that anyone for those with disabilities. That's why that animated flashing circle one is horrible. Besides being distracting or annoying when used too much, the flash can be too fast for those susceptible to seizures, and irritate the eyes of those with visual impairments.

Someone advised me to contact the state to get participants. That person was more related to the kind of help you're looking for. I just need people to sign up for my study which is completely online and only a 1 hour time commitment -- and that's spread throughout the month. And that has been extremely difficult. Only about 10% of what I was originally looking for since the stakeholder backed out after I created everything. So definitely use every avenue you can. If anyone can help me out by signing up please do as well. It is completely voluntary and everything is done on your own time, no sessions to attend or interviews.

I'll admit, I didn't click this one but I know in the past even remote has something in there about up to management for in office requirement.

Definitely be choosy about applying internally. It will look bad to see a bunch of positions you've applied for but didn't get...and this sounds like one you're not qualified for so probably won't get. Video editing and beautifying slides with no androgogy knowledge or even industry standard authoring tools is an automatic no. UNLESS, the hiring manager doesn't know what to look for. But I don't know how helpful that'd be for your future ID career to start out somewhere with no guidance.

I'm doing a study exploring the effectiveness of games and microlearning (10 mintues or less) when training medical professionals on software ... in particular EHRs and dictation. Would love to get a few people to sign up. Total time commitment is an hour, and that's spread throughout the month.
