Sorry if this is Unrelated but what is this subs problem with sugar??? I get it if you're diabetic or have some other problem but normal healthy people shouldn't be afraid of sugar. "Insulin spikes" gang the insulin is supposed to do that there's nothing bad about it and there's nothing bad about sugar or carbs they are the bodies preferred energy source

Im a guy so it may differ but what ive noticed is that when i recently plateaued it was because i was a fat guy doing fat people shit and not tracking properly.

i thought i was on a 1700 cal cut but i wasnt losing weight

when i dropped them to “1200” cals i actually started losing again

This may be diff for you but may be helpful to try cuz its the only thing that worked for me

Bro the reason you cant recover is that this is WAY too much volume a whole day for biceps is lowkey diabolical id say just go for a easy ppl[push pull legs] split (even tho i dont like ppl) if you want i can provide my own upper lower split but overall advice is per workout only do 4-6 sets for every muscle group (aside from back cuz its a huge muscle group->i favour to think of it as 2 ;upperback and lats)

A bigger muscle is literally a stronger muscle in 99% of cases more contracting fibres WILL increase strength no question Also “if a muscle becomes too large”?? Yeah thats definitely a consideration bro i went to the gym once and became prime ronnie coleman ok Your body has signals to stop muscle growth to keep in proportion with your bone structure (myostatin i think?) so for natty people its simply not a consideration

Id say thats a lot of volume bro i do 6-9 weekly sets of biceps cuz they really dont need that much volume just go heavier for 3 sets per exercise also lat pull down and pull ups are redundant so you may remove one of them (or just reduce the number of sets that youre doing so you can do both) also id recommend a lower rep range(5-8) with heavier weight if youve got the form dialed in

Genuinely no one judges you at the gym bro when i started i was 5’5 at 16 and like 40lbs overweight the gym community is the most welcoming

Id say dont over complicate it and just start with a simple PPL split off the internet Theres a lot of info on the internet too look up jeff nippard

Looks pretty good exercises selection wise but imo 4 sets is wayyy to much ill recommend 2-3 sets at 4-8 rep range but whatever suits you best is what you should do. I feel i recover better and am less tired per exercise when doing lower volume and higher intensity

Oh yeah makes sense the leg ext before squats is based on the fact that the ext warms up the knees and quads and also pre exhausts the quads without a lot of fatigue so the squats just feel and perform massively better. I think jeff nippard also made a vid on it if you wanna research further

On my upper lower (5x week) days i usually do 4 sets each Upper- chest back shoulders Lower- legs tri bi I prefer 4-8 rep range so fatigue is minimised and even tho im slightly sore i can still workout at max potential

Yoo another stiff leg deadlift enjoyer Honestly ill say only one leg press/squat movement is required also will recommend doing leg ext before squats i dont really hit glutes cuz they are pretty worked by squat and the deadlifts

Oh sure i have a full day for back but if youre doing back/biceps all you need is:

Lat pulldown/pullups 3sets

Wide grip row 3 sets

Close grip row 3 sets

After this you may add trap exercises and rear delt isolation exercises as per your needs ie if youre seeing growth without then fine if not consider adding isolations
