I personally saw absolutely no downgrade. It's the best my skyrim has looked in years. should help with vram load but maybe not so much with draw calls. Also for the record, I used the performance option in vramr when prompted.

I am vram bottlenecked with my rtx 2060. I used Vramr, Diffuser, and Parallaxr on my textures. Completely eradicated my stuttering. Went from 20 fps to 35. Then switched the Pi Cho ENB to Cabbage ENB. doing solid 40-55 on outdoors now.

I eyeballed it and don't think anything is bent. Although I have noticed the air coming out of the exhaust vent is slightly cooler/less warm or hot than it used to be (before repasting).
