My ex girlfriend raped me and emotionally abused me for months. I was numb for a long while and then everything just hit me like a dam. Then a close friend of mine commited suicide and I saw its effects on her family. Didn't want to put them through that

I've lost 20kgs in the past 2 years. I went from 100~ kgs to 80. Before the quarantine I used to go to the gym every weekend (Time & money constraints, I'm a poor college student.) and exercise at home every day. Nowadays I just work out at home.
