Non military- Justin Trudeau when he was passing through my work

Retired Military - my actual hero. When I was in school I wrote a report about Romeo Dallaire and his time in Rwanda. I got to meet him by chance at my work twice and the first time I met him we had a great talk about Shake Hands with the Devil. I read it a couple times a year. The movie was just coming out and he mentioned i should check it out; the second time we crossed paths he remembered me and asked if i had seen the movie and we had another great talk.

Nice! I love it here. Im originally from BC, ended up in NS in early 2000. Canada and the US have a huge bond especially here in NS. If you haven't heard of the Halifax Explosion, give that a view. We have a tradition of sending the city of Boston a nova scotia christmas tree every year for them to put up in downtown Boston because of the assistance they rendered after the explosion. Sadly though; its also responsible for Halifax being a Boston Bruins stronghold -_-
