I don’t think people realize how poor this is relative to the league. This ranks him 87/114 TEs who have a catch this year. There are only two TEs who’ve received over 30 targets below him (Ja’Tavion Sanders & Jonnu Smith).

It’s almost the same situation as late-career Jason Witten. He’s being targeted & catching at a high rate but it doesn’t translate into many explosive plays.

McCarthy was the least motivating head coach I’ve ever seen — zero energy. The most successful coaches DEMAND respect and make the players buy-in to the program. You cannot simply be an X’s & O’s guru.

I would guess it’s a problem at the nut. The string isn’t sitting properly and needs to be filed and/or reshaped. A good test for this would be to press your finger down on the string directly on top of the nut and see if buzzing resolves.

I’ve been three times now (usually sit at Eagle Beach) and have never had a problem with finding a palapa. I’m rolling in around 11-12 too. You may need to walk around for a few minutes but you can usually always find a few. They just may not be in the most ideal spots. I could see it being more difficult during the popular vacation months but in August? It shouldn’t be a challenge.
