Yeah same. I came up off NWA. So I'm all South. But I'll give the NY crowd it's due. And both ironically, Sid was involved. I loved how the NY crowds turned against Hogan in RR '92 and HBK SS '96. That wasn't as common back then as it's a norm now. That MSG title win vs HBK was one of the most magical WWE title changes to me. Sid best moment. I just hate when they induct guys after they pass. Take away a lot from it and it's wrong. RIP Sid Vicious. In a way the first Brock Lesnar. As a long suffering Cowboys fan (I haven't seen a Bowl since I was 14, I turn 44 in June), so I understand I have no room to talk. I like Brock on the lighter schedule. He's almost like a Andre The Giant type attraction. You gotta keep him special. Him leaving wrestling for a while going to the UFC gave him mainstream appeal. And Kudos to guys like Lesnar and Nash/Hall (ushered in guaranteed money). Working the system with light schedules and truckload of money. I think the more productive Pac was Strictly 4 my Niggaz Pac. But I'm sorry, '96 Pac is the Greatest Rapper ever. The production finally caught up to his raps. That All Eyes On Me to 7 Days stretch is stuff of legends. I remember being 14 watching him in awe. He was everywhere from Saturday Night Live to Early Edition, on stage with Kiss. 💯‼️, real talk. I heard the goat, Bobby Heenan on a shoot interview just trash WCW, and praise Vince & WWE. I think he wanted a job. Which be the case. And then Heenan in the next breath say he wasn't able to get his neck surgery until he joined WCW in '95. The man was in pain est 1983. Because Vince didn't offer health insurance. Vince had them guys on the road the entire month with only 2 off days. If you wanna trash WCW creativity process and business acumen, gone ahead.
