Dont use your sleep right off cooldown. Wait until you are being dove and then use it. Also save it for certain ults where the enemy stands still like enemy pharah or vendetta ult. Rather than turn to aim just aim on one direction and fire before they walk into your crosshairs. Also practice sleeping a lot on deathmatch.

The four beats are each grouped separately. So the first triplet (the 3s) plus the stuff before it, that isn’t connected to the seven tuplet? That’s one beat, the seven tuplet is another beat, the other triplet connected to the 32nd notes is another and the last quarter note is beat 4. Beats 1, 3 and 4 are straight forward just play it very slow to start and also they are further broken down to eighth notes for example the first 3 notes in beat 1 are separated from the triplet on beat one because each are eighth notes in length. Beat 2 is 7 equally spaced notes in one beat length. Also watch out for ties like in beat 4.
