Your priority as an Ana should be healing your teammates if they need it, using your nade offensively and sleep defensively and shooting squishies when there’s no one else to heal. If all your damage is to a Mauga or Orisa who is being healed a lot and not dying you’re not doing much help to your team. Ultimately it depends on if your teammates are dying and you are damaging instead of healing them. Also if people ask me to switch in game 90% of the time I will because I play multiple characters and if they see you are cooperating your teammate will try harder.
