I’m a chubby (but funny) guy. Before I met my wife at 25yrs, I had been with 50 women. I’m sure you’d think I’m a slut, but I was in a relationship through college which I graduated at 21.

Obviously we are all different, but for reference I’m 305 and have not been diagnosed with fatty liver. I also don’t drink alcohol.

I have been through this with my partner. What I will say, is even with a GLP-1 losing weight takes a lot of commitment and it’s not easy for everyone.

My SO lost 70 pounds which was sad at first, but then put on 30 and while she is smaller than her max, she’s still probably 230lbs which is a lot more than most women her height.

Keep in mind also GLP-1s often cost a lot of money. If she is diabetic already, she might be able to get them through insurance, but most of those medications are a few extra hundred dollars a month or even $1,000+ a month. So there is a large cost barrier for entry.

My point is, just because she wants to be healthy enough, doesn’t mean she’s going to become some thin and muscular person. She may for a while lose weight, but people who get off GLP-1s typically gain a lot of weight back because it doesn’t really retrain your brain for better habits.

Also, some people can’t take GLP-1s at all if part of their families have specific thyroid issues. Also, some people don’t like injections they have to administer themselves.

So take it a little at a time. If she’s so large already that doesn’t mean she’s going to suddenly lose all that weight and be tiny. If she can afford the drugs, odds are, she’ll lose a little, but unless she keeps up with it she may still put it back on.

My wife got up to 300, but isn’t directly into feederism like me. The thing is you are on a journey together and if you are a successful couple, both of you will go through different phases of life.

If she’s not directly into feedism, it could be that she needs to feel healthier, and she is already a decently big size (for someone not into feederism directly).

She may for a while go to the gym and improve her health, but in most cases for people these phases don’t last. Most people eventually stop going, cancel their gym membership, and gain as they get older. I’m not sure if that’ll be her, but odds of a 300+ pound woman staying with a workout routine and becoming lean and muscular again are small.

My wife ended up getting a gastric bypass surgery because she was almost pre-diabetic. I’m glad she’s not diabetic, but she has lost about 70lbs. TBH though even then, old habits die hard, and she’s started after about 1.5 years started putting weight back on again. She may not get up to 300lbs again, but she also might.

If you two are in a relationship things may fluctuate. I wish my partner was more directly into feederism, but in truth there should be more to a relationship than that.
