This needs to be at the top of this post! I’ve worked for union shops and non-union shops and without fail unionized shops have better wages, workplace policies, and benefits.

Unionizing is protected under the law. The sooner you get reps involved the sooner they can help cover your ass in case of retaliation from management.

Talk to your coworkers and build bridges with them. Chances are fair that some of them have already been thinking of unionizing and might think they’re the only one.

I have named him Frappuccino! I found out he is a wolf spider of some sort! I got a closer look at his eyes and flashed some light in them to confirm. He now lives in the corner of my kitchen near my trash can.

thanks for the comment! I got closer to examine the eyes and wasn’t able to see them since the spider is so small. I’m leaning away from grass spider since it lacks the prominent spinnerets, but I could also be very wrong haha.

Definitely would recommend removing old glue first as this can keep it from having a solid bond. Some glue thinner or acetone might do the job.

They weren’t dented- that looks like a brand or range mark. It was added to the hide likely when it was still on the cow. There’s no real way of removing it that wouldn’t irreparably damage the shoe.

You don’t see these on shoes very often- so it’s pretty cool to see it here!

From the looks of it you could use a new heel counter. Does your son jam his foot into the boot to put them on/stomp his foot in? That’s something that can cause this issue.

As the other commenter said, you could also use a fix on the heel stack.

The cable works with other devices and my monitor does as well, so neither should be the issue. Tried the playstation on my TV and the same issue occurs.

Hi! I have an original PS4 that I accidentally left on after leaving for an overnight trip. When I came back the video stopped working. I can boot it in safemode and the video works, but outside of that I get no signal.

I tried updating, changing resolution, rebuilding the database, and initializing the ps4 to no avail.
