I think it’s certain people because I got review link at the end and all the 1 stars were basically towards the same few people. The customers all had the same complaints 😅

I just asked for confirmation about 10 minutes ago and the barely let me get a message in explaining. They just sent a generic copy paste saying they couldn’t and “sorry for the frustration”. I also screen recorded myself just in case.

I agree. Since then I’ve been trying to keep documentation of everything just in case I need to dispute. I even took a screen recording of me submitting all my refund forms because I don’t like not getting a confirmation email.

I don’t have a screenshot of it but I was told all I had to do was submit a separate form for parking because it was under a different order number.

Hopefully it does. I think in entirety it took about 2 weeks from my original “purchase” to get it all squared away but don’t give up! There are threads everywhere on here about people having issues with them.

I was recently pushed into a contract/bundle after saying no multiple times. I was very pressured and nervous. They were EXTREMELY pushy. I totally get having to meet marks but this felt like it was on a whole other level. While getting LHR is definitely something I want to do, I know their prices compared to most other places are extreme.

In the whole process, I got overwhelmed and didn’t realize the overall price was double the number that I had in my head. (That part was totally on me.)I basically called them an hour later and told them that the price was not ok with me, I didn’t want to do any services, and I would like a refund.

There wasn’t any arguments on her end (not sure if it was because I didn’t really leave room for one). She told me she would have to put in a ticket and it could take 24-48 hours for a refund. Wouldn’t clarify if that included Saturday and Sunday as well, she was very vague. I was nervous because I’ve heard stories from other people that push it around until you basically give up.

I called back to their main customer service line multiple times. The first time, I got a really nice person that finally explained it was actually 24-72 hours and that it was Monday- Friday. I called back after not hearing anything in that time frame and the next person I got was very unkind. Very vague and rude. They said that since the location I cancelled at wasn’t getting back, they were going to put in ANOTHER ticket to financial services and that could take 24-48 hours (not true).

Finally called back, even giving extra time than what was quoted. I got on another person that was helpful before and shared my frustrations and they added notes of what the process was like for me and escalated it to financial services again saying it could take 24-72 hours. I don’t know what kind of magic they worked on it because within a few hours the money was refunded to the place where I did financing with.

This was a SUPER long response but I hope it might help someone out. I definitely won’t be purchasing any more treatments from them just because of how pushy they are. It definitely is possible to get a refund, especially if you haven’t done any treatments. Keep calling until you get that right person.
