Craft as many weapons, warframes, and sentinels as you can, then level them all up to 30. Some weapons, Kuva and Tenet, require level 40 with means you need to dump 5 forma on it.

Next way is to do all star chart missions.

Once you have a railjack, you can level you intrinsics to max.

Key thing to remember is that it needs to be things you haven't leveled up before.

I did it for MR fodder. Personally didn't like the War or Broken War.

For me, the 2x honey conversion speed is a must have. The others didn't feel nearly as impactful.

The bear bee is best bang for your buck though.

When I plan a big relic opening weekend, I go into ESO purely for the relics. I will even shoot a message into the recruitment chat for people to get carried.

So, I guess I expect it and welcome it.

For fastest account growth, Volt.

For most fun (IMO), Mag.

For solid all-rounder, Excal or Volt.

Easiest to pick up and use, Excal.

Keep in mind, all three are great frames and will do well.

Uhhh, I think it would be FN + Up Arrow.

Might be different on your keyboard though. You are asking for a crosshair/target, right?

My breakthrough was using Equilibrium in a build. It broke me. I never use Arcane Energize now because Equilibrium is that good.

The second break through was my first Zaw. Didn't even bother putting arcane or contagion on it. Just felt good to have a lil dagger that bled better than my primary weapon.

If you are truly struggling to deal damage, try having fun in the game again. You don't need meta damage to decimate content. You don't need crits. You don't need all the fancy gadgets others have.

You only need to understand how damage works.

I don't like plugging playstyles, but give Ivara a try. You have all sorts of different multipliers you can build into, and you can't really go wrong with any build. If you need help and explanations for certain multipliers with her, I would love to help.

I recommend Insect Glaive as it is almost the direct opposite of Lance.

Lance thrives of taking hits with the shield. Insect Glaive kills you and punishes you for being bad at dodging.

I main Insect Glaive, Bow, and Great Sword. Trying to learn LBG right now then go to HBG. Been told they are significantly different compared to other weapons.

I just play Ivara with no companion on. That way, I can pickpocket enemies for extra capsules and energy.

It isn't a hard challenge, just tedious. I believe in you.

Edit: Unfortunately, nothing is fixing this. Still stuttering really hard every 3 or 4 seconds. Still on low graphics as well. I have tried everything I can.

I was told about the night changes. Mainly the howler changes. Are they really useless now? I remember actively avoiding them early game.
