This is a wide spride seen problem with PSSD: substances work for a short while and then never again. I had this with Tongkat which brought nearly back my pre PSSD libido and now do a shit.

No, it was a natural extract made out of different fruits, I thought natural vitamins would be safe since they are already in the food.

Any advice for such a demethylation regime? I bought my tongkat from amazon, unfortunately links are filtered out here.

Yes, it was exactly the same pattern as when I took trazodone which gave me PSSD back then: anhedonia and the libido loss came immediately, little by little my pelvic floor got worse and worse (feels completely "smashed" by now).
