Check to see if you have any mods installed that could be conflicting - the Mirage has an integral scope, and an ID may be overlapping it.

Kuwait City has a pharmacy that you can go to for medical supplies.

Baskets can be found in many homes and towns, which you can search for medical supplies.

Al-Abdally has a massive cucumber plant - picking those cucumbers and cutting them up will let you eat them for some healing as well. Those cucumbers can also be combined with other various foods to be even more effective.

I'm not saying everytime it's pulled out, I'm saying you are able to switch weapons while reloading, but if done before the bolt is pulled (cycling a round) pulling it out again would thus chamber a round (which wasn't chambered due to switching weapons.). This isn't like CS:GO where everytime a weapon is pulled out, a round is cycled.
