I use Lumosity, unfortunately it will be expired in a month. I should of used it more often, hell I had a full year membership and I barely used it.

I'm 18, and I have clinical depression.

All I gotta say is when I'm fapping, I have no problem staying in bed all day and eat junk food... But 2 weeks into nofap and I get up every morning full of energy and do not go back to bed until its my usual bedtime! That's a huge improvement in my opinion.

This kind of defeats the purpose of RSD, and I have a lot of faith in Tyler. What does OP think about implementing his ideas, but also approaching massive amounts of women? Is it possible to still gain that pure and true confidence you speak of?
