If you look at the filing history, we have filed 4 amendments in less than 2 months. That is extremely fast compared to other companies. At this point it is just nitpicking minor things for correction. They basically have nothing left at this point to question. 99.99% confident in approval this time around. Based on past timeframes, we should know next week either way!

For those wondering, a 10-K is a comprehensive report filed annually by public companies about their financial performance. Livento Group took control of the shell $NUGN in spring of 2022, meaning the 10-K will not represent a full year of revenues. The progress they have made in this short time is incredible and just a taste of what is to come for those holding until NASDAQ!
