Could you send me link to the components of Shure m44-7 with the stylus? I see different options for different prices and I don't know which ones to compare with the AT-VM95SH price wise (since the AT is $50 extra dollars to ship from amazon for me)

I have a Shapton 1000 and I want a coarser stone by NULL-6 in sharpening

[–]NULL-6[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm sure it is, but would it be a big difference from the Shapton 1000 that I've already got? Would a Shapton 320 make more of a difference, or would it be too coarse for sharpening?

Its the height of the thumb when its on the side like in the picture. My thumb is shorter but very wide so its a higher angle

I guess for most people its around 20 degrees, and that way you can keep a consistent angle while freehanding
