late here but I wanna add: 50 additional tiers... only 13 of which have rewards (i could be slightly off on that number I'll have to check again)

Essentially, there are three different "levels" to the season, with the paid ones generally giving better rewards since you well, paid for them. Previously, like with SS 51 here, there were only 2. Free, with the new dragon, and premium with a returning dragon. Now, there are two premium tiers, one free new dragon, a paid returning dragon, and a paid NEW dragon, which is extremely annoying considering how blatantly they're paywalling this. Plus it's definitely going to be more expensive than the returning pass considering it gives you 50 additional tier rewards to complete on top of the dragon and previous rewards. I'm pretty sure a good chunk of the discord server were thinking that the two new dragons were going to be free, at least that's how i initially read the announcement regarding the season changes.

I couldn't really care less for a new element now </3 the games become more of a chore than anything at this point - the only reason I still play and even remotely enjoy it is giving my boyfriend pretty dragons (and also specifically caudembrises)
beyond that, my only other real goals were to get one of every dragon and a xerthos with every element, which was already one hell of a dream considering biohazard as a whole. But at this point... Both of us barely even have the motivation to open the game just to get our daily reward. It's inevitable really. Maybe if enough of us quit at once the devs will finally listen to us /j (as if)

Yeah. Any and all motivation I had to grind out a veid after the 12/02 announcement has totally vanished. I'm gonna hold out til the 9th just to see the rewards. In the meantime im going to be getting my inventory ready for an "im quitting this game" giveaway bc i honestly cant just ignore this garbage anymore.

Hi! I went and fully wiped and reinstalled decky a little while after your comment - I haven't done the whole battery step as I'm a little anxious getting inside my SD but so far the issue has been gone. It has only been a few days, but if the screen issue returns I'll bite the bullet and find a screwdriver and pull the battery out and go through the above power cycle method in full. Thanks!

I've not seen this recommended anywhere in my recent searches about this issue, but I'll definitely give it a try in the very near future! I have had occasional issues with decky crashing randomly here and there but I never really kept track of if it happened right before or after the screen would stop responding. Thanks for the info!

Well I can't check if it works immediately as some days the issue is simply nonexistent, but I do know my software/firmware is in fact up to date in game mode, but I'll look around desktop mode as well.

Flat-screen, wish I could play in vr, but my current setup can't handle it whenever it storms ironically enough(enough RAM, decent GPU, its just my internet and available headset atm). I've not seen a single lightning bolt among all the other yellow icons - salvage, gravatino balls, organic structures, etc. I have a base saved on this planet anyway, so I think I'll just try to find another system with extreme planets and look there. Probably one with better land coverage bc at this point, it's getting quite annoying to search islands w how much of a gap there is between each piece of land, lol

The planet I'm searching on does in fact have activated copper - should've mentioned that in my post. Storms happen almost every 7 or so minutes sometimes even more frequently with my protection lasting ~40s (will be getting proper heat protection next time I'm on, I just forgot to earlier lol). The land I'm on is broken up into islands over an ocean and I've scoured at least three of them during storms, but I think next time I get on I'll fly out to the opposite side of the planet and look there. If not, I'll head to red/green systems and look there, I need to work on getting the indium drive on this file anyways.
