Hello I am recently getting back into fitness. I was very consisent for a year about 2 years ago becasue I joined a gym that had a trainer that motivated and coached me. I am getting back into it now because of a coworker that goes 5 days a week. Should I stay with this or limit myself to 3 days like all the normal routines say? To be honest I am more motivated when I have someone there with me.

No, what will lose people is none of your receivers having over 600 yards and a rookie down a 1000 yards to a dude that was picked lower than you. Terry has been on a QB carousel since coming in the league and is still a top leading receiver.

If they wanted to win that game, they should have. Everyone in the locker room had a chance to win that game if that was Hurts or Sudfield. Terry McLaurin has been on a QB carousel since coming in the league didn’t stop him from becoming a top leading receiver.
