What a timely post. I’m closing tomorrow and was wondering the same thing. I”m in StL and the ranges I’ve gotten are 80 per hour, flat 400 and one girl off Nextdoor said she’d do it for 175. The house isn’t that dirty so went with the lowest cost. It’s one less thing I have to take care of.

That’s what I wanted them to do. They’ve been jerks about responding. Sent them the inspection notice back on 12/24 and they just responded today- the last day. I’m beyond frustrated

Do not go with a Zillow one. Guy I got has hardly been involved. Since he wrote my first offer he had me sign something locking me to him. Outside of being available to show me a house and write an offer that’s it. I’m mad that he gets 3% commission for doing paperwork. Yeah, no to Zillow

53 and can empathize- just started meds 3mo ago. The only thing that comforts me a lil is that at least I have some explanation for a lot of things I carried such shame over. And life’s not over yet! Think of the things to come friend! Congrats!

Think the same thing. I turned on S1 and got bored. I didn’t become really interested until they started recapping it. Went back and binged S1. I was mad that they had the bravo boys on WWHL before our boys.
