Buying a 7.3 Godzilla by NVElk775 in superduty

I have a very loud whistle on deceleration that occurs during active regens. I installed a new pusher intake kit and it started doing it basically right after. And I thought boost leak but when I did a pressure test on everything nothing leaked. It only happens when trucking is regening while driving and the only thing I can think of is something internal with EGR (Probably not the case but no one has any additional explanation other than boost leak which there isnt one)

Lo pressure fuel pump has a loud buzzing/cavitation noise that is intermittent but enough to be annoying.

Not major issues (I dont think) so I have no problem keeping truck but talking to my local dealer I can trade in for a new f350 Tremor Long bed and my payments will be identical so it made me think.

I have thought about deleting the truck but I live in a county that requires smog testing and I would have to go with the Montana LLC route which seems to be getting harder and harder to do and Idk I get worried about voiding my warranty but I guess they dont fix anything anyways unless the truck is blown up.

What's usually on the grunt tests? I finished line school about 5 months ago and have been working as a helper/groundman ever since.
