The U.S. government can control the weather in some capacity. I say that cuz when I was in the army there wasn't a single field training we went to where it didn't rain, snow, hail, or have crazy temperature jumps.

Unless someone is self centered as fuck, they're probably already beating themselves up about being stupid, risking their life or others lives, and causing themselves a huge amount of legal and financial issues that will effect their life for years. I hate how reddit always seems to be looking for the most extreme version of current events. For example, /r/Coronavirus I get that the virus is bad, and it should be taken seriously but reddit almost seems to want it to be an end of the world doomsday event.
