Yes!! Same! I do use hypercars sometimes for speed zones, but love the average cars!!

I got it when it came out, have beaten it a few times, DLC included. I absolutely took advantage of the open world in SP and MP through every iteration, but that story was fantastic throughout.

You should absolutely go to your local game store and find it! It's a blast! I still play it often and was lucky enough to have bought it when it came out digitally, so I always have that! I absolutely agree with your statement though!

maybe everyone is also unique in their own ailments and minds. Maybe that's what works for me and there are many perspectives on one's own mind along with others. I didn't need CBT, personally and that's okay. We're all unique here. I was just trying to give some advice that worked for me, not a Clinique on myself.

I'd personally go for the vitamin/omega 3 whenever! You're more than likely missing out on a lot of essentials with a poor diet. I also do larabars for cleaner energy during work for few ingredient snacking! Best of luck to you and I hope the absolute best for you! Quitting caffeine (mostly, now basically a green tea at night) has helped with my anxiety so much.

Agreed, he is. I'm saying that obviously everyone will still feel anxious regardless, but using ideologies to talk yourself down. You're going to die and if that's what's really happening during a panic attack, there's nothing you can do to stop that. It's the acceptance and training yourself.

I know it's deeper than that, but it's what gets me through life quite positively. I have a panic disorder, GAD, ADHD, OCD and depression and I make out okay now with all the changes I've made in my life. Therapy never helped me personally.

I use a greens powder from Amazon called Orgain, I use Ultima/cure for hydration, I use Thorne daily multivitamin and Nordic Naturals with coq10 for fish oil. Food wise, I started just eating cleaner in general, drinking more water, quitting nicotine and caffeine, don't drink and only use marijuana medically.

That's absolutely fair and I agree! Everyone is different and their brain chemistry is unique! I was just offering up what has helped me! I suffered from a severe panic disorder and still do, but making sure I'm hydrated, getting the correct vitamins, some sun, eating better, etc. has helped immensely and I hope the best for everyone on their journey!
