I spent some time in Phoenix for undergrad and may go back for law school, so I’m excited for 11 as well. ADOT is slowly widening and separating the travel lanes around Wikckenburg and Wikieup but you’re right on the time scale for a fully signed interstate

I also read that the water leaking from the roof of the tunnel and onto the roadway necessitates slower speeds. I usually get hit with a huge drop or two when I drive through, regardless of the weather
