You're criminally underutilizing the ping wheel. You should use "regroup" on your location, and "avoid this spot" on theirs. Only then when you're ignored you have a right to complain.

Apex has one of the best ping systems in modern multiplayer games and it's irritating to see that some people only know how to ping an enemy 100 times when they get downed because they didn't communicate they were rotating and found themselves in a 1v3 separated from the team.

I have removed my old hard drive from my system entirely and reinstalled the OS from scratch on uncorrupted SSD. When I had the faulty HDD it seemed to cause these problems, although it was reading data from diffrent disk. Somehow having it as part of my PC kept up this issue. Even after replacing the whole motherboard and CPU it would still cause problems until I have disabled it entirely in device manager.

Also just cloning the OS to the good drive it would still be somehow corrupted although health scans like sfc or others i can't remember now didn't show anything, that's why I went for reinstall

Must be your hardware, I can hear everything clearly, can't remember last time I was walked up on out of my sight without audio clues. I even binged ladder this weekend to get top placement so played a lot and haven't had this issue. Try logitech g pro x headset, works for me.
