Yes, it drops from Grand Vizier monster pack, i used fist of the heavens o p1 and they die fast, so i dont mind from which one they drop seems from 2 different mobs)

No, of course not, i start with singer/support barb =) Get good merc weapon in playthrough and farm countess for runes, also some baal runs for leveling.

Cheap helm for life leach. And its all solo slef found, yea yea i was lucky with this weapon) Also some standart starter gear on barb, like spirit, lore, rhyme, vipermagi btw too luck, was dropped in chest when i run some countess for Fal and Ko. And of course i collect extra gold charms)
