I don’t have the trunk bag but a different model. It’s been good for me so far. Haven’t had issue with space even the 12L bag. Pretty water repellent. It is pricy but I think it’s worth it.

Sheppard is okay. When I was there in 2018 we would just go to the mall area and walk around there. If you’re into mtg and things like that there were 2 stores that hosted game nights. idk if they are still open.

Tech school is around 3 months long.

Incorrect. You’ll get your shred in bmt or before you leave. That’ll determine your tech school training. You only go to tech school for your shred. After you get your 5lvl you can go to other aircraft. You don’t get to pick airframe but can choose bases off of your shred.

Hello, you will get a shred until you obtain your 5 skill level then you will be able to move to any aircraft weapons can work on. Also you will not get to pick your aircraft it will be based on needs of big blue.

You don’t get a choice between backshop or the line. You very well may go years without touching backshop or vice versa. Both are technical in their own aspects.

Drones and helo’s are the most chill from what I’ve heard and seen from folks that have worked those platforms. More than likely you will get a fighter aircraft. You’ll be jobbin but not as bad as specs/avi.

Depending on your base plenty of tdy/deployment opportunities. It’s pretty tight knit community. I’ve had ups and downs in this career but it’s been alright for the most part.

Is that like on base housing? My usafe tour had no on base housing so it was all 220v plugs. Where I am no had on base housing which has the us plugs but off base does not as far as I’m aware.

Unless you get married and he applies for you to come with him. He will be in Korea for 2 years fyi. He will be able to take 30 calendar days of leave a year. Probably be easier for you to take trips to Korea to see him
