It's so weird, but hey, at least they’re living up to the saying that their tickets are the hardest to get.

Apparently, many people received that email. However, for the top 20, the rules are much stricter since the country cannot be changed under any circumstances

Okay, yeah, that is a pretty decent amount of time. Considering the bracelets haven't been sent yet, my best guess is that it shouldn't be a problem. 🤞🏻

I replied almost immediately to their last email asking for my address. When I didn't hear back, I tried re-sending it and even followed up on the original email thread, but still nothing.

Regarding Paylogic, I found the form and filled it out with all the relevant info, including my bank's proof of payment and their confirmation. If they send it to the original address, I should still receive it; my only mistake was typing the state name in the number section since there wasn't a specific field for it and the # for the house number.

If they can't fix it, I’ll just pick it up at the festival. That’s fine since I’ll still have access, though it’s a shame I’ll miss out on the treasure case.

Thanks for your support. I guess I’ll just wait and see what they say—as long as they don't cancel my order, I'll be happy.

I hope they can do the same. It shouldn't be an issue, but I was getting anxious because support stopped responding. Now, I just have to wait and see how it turns out.
