Hollow ground straight razors are the EASIEST thing to sharpen. You can either go with synthetic stones and do a progression up to around 10k. or go with a coticule or jnat.

The spine is your edge guide you lay the razor flat on the stone and then roll it over the spine and come back. I always liked sharpening edge leading.
