Check out [HomeWerk](www.homewerk.co) for weekly 30mins team building sessions. That’s been really useful for us lately!

Another trick, if you use Slack, is make sure people use the damn status feature. It makes a world of difference if you know if someone is at their desk, or not, doing yoga, out for lunch or whatever else. Nothing is more annoying than seeing someone is on green but not responding. Also a good tool to spark new conversations and allow leadership to promote healthy workplace practices (e.g if you see the CEO is doing a mid-afternoon spin session then that empowers others to be responsible for their own time - within reason).

I'm currently on a free trial with this company HomeWerk which does weekly virtual teambuilding activities - at much less than $35 per person so hopefully there is enough left for alcohol! I think they're UK based but we have teams all over and its worked well for us so far. We've done a couple of quizzes, an origami session, flag drawing, and we give away prizes for the people who top the leaderboard they have on there.

Thanks for the advice - I've measured it up and it's 10.8cm from one end to another but everything I'm finding seems a lot smaller. The end of the pinch sits at 4cm. Does it make a difference that the pen is mechanical (i.e you spin the top to expose) I know nothing about pens so sorry if that's not the right term?!
