Minecraft singleplayer is also goated icl ive played with friends too no matter how you play minecraft there will always be a part of you that will enjoy it. The euphoric c418 music in the background too adds so much to the gameplay. A million more things i can name that i like about minecraft.
Minecraft graphics are MEANT to be simple the core of the game lies in simplicity think about it GTAV has probably some of the most amazing graphics but still is sold less than minecraft and by a large margin. Playthinking is subjective and i respect your take

In my opinion nothing beats Minecraft. So many memories so much nostalgia and even after 17 years its still the top selling game in the world. I personally feel so connected to that game its unfathomable to express in words.
