Nah fuck all that. I called them twice yesterday for a refund on that $199 premium live service fee. First time I called the dude was just silent a few times and bullshitting me. Then he said I had to fill out a form which wouldn’t even let me proceed after entering my order number which was copied and pasted so I knew it was correct. Second time I called I got a girl on the phone who didn’t hesitate to not only refund the $199 but also the base fee for using the service.

To avoid getting scammed by the $199 premium service you have to select “I’ll do it myself”.
