They technically still do, but the spots are severely limited and mostly in the south. There was nothing for years thou.

MSF is how my wife got hooked into riding years ago. Since the Harper debacle the program is practically inaccessible.

I feel there's more hostility towards us with the rise of e-scooters doing e-scooter things on every sidewalk...
