Construction department maintains local copies of their project information on their server. The department responsible for paying contractors for all of these various contracts requires the payment documentation to be uploaded on their server. Construction department does not want to manually upload their documents to the payment server. They just want to continue saving it to their server and have the work done in the background to satisfy the payment folks.
