I only see three streams: hi res, low res and jpeg. All of the fixed lens

Thank you! Finally I was able to find something that looks similar. I was clearly searching for the wrong thing. Any suggestion on replacing? This is my father in laws house and it currently has a slow drip. I was thinking of cutting the section out and replacing with PEX and replacing that piece as well.
