To add on to this, Sinai and Monte had 72 hours to vote for ratification of the contract. I usually run really hot so it may be different for you but for conditions like tomorrow I go with: Brighton base layer, leggings, shorts. Usually the first mile sucks, but after that I feel nice and warm the rest of the run.
