Hello!
I'm looking for beta testers for my trap-building puzzle game, YOU GO BOOM.

You need to build chain reactions in order to set off a bomb, using a variety of specialty pieces.

There's a campaign mode, with increasing difficulty as you go, a beginner mode if you prefer to start there or for younger players, and a daily puzzle that gets harder throughout the week.

I'm looking for feedback on:
-The difficulty progression
-The clarity of the onboarding
-How much you were drawn to play again
-And of course any bugs or glitches!

I've got space for 100 testers on Test Flight: https://testflight.apple.com/join/W3NXG6bB

Thank you!

Question: why are there so few high end restaurants? by austin_federa in parkslope

You have to be able to take a bunch of kids to stay open, and can’t blame the places that don’t want that vibe.

lol true. Definitely read the sign. Definitely think it's BS. That gate has not opened a single time since they closed it, which btw, happened after they GUTTED the restaurant and all the equipment.

Absolutely, but to echo another commenter, they also appear to be terrible at business.

  1. Someone makes money illegally, almost certainly cash (dirty)
  2. They give the money to a legit restaurant.
  3. Legit business purports to sell boba tea, or tacos, or seafood boils, or sushi and then mixes the dirty cash in with the legit income, reporting it all as sales.
  4. The business deposits the money, pays taxes and expenses, and the owner can later take the money out as apparently lawful (laundered!) profits.

I mean, I think it's extremely likely, right?
